Magnetic Particle Testing

Magnetic particle testing is used to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. We perform both conventional MT and Wet Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Testing (WFMT), which offers increased sensitivity and enhanced visibility of fine defects. MT and WFMT are highly effective for identifying cracks, laps, seams, and other linear indications in welds, castings, and forged components. Inspections are conducted in accordance with applicable specifications to ensure accurate detection and consistent results.
