Download the Emergency Plan here

Beth Kenney, Employment Services Manager, will be the contact and coordinator for the emergency plan for Covid-19.

Purpose

This emergency plan is designed to reduce the risk of exposure of the ITI workforce to Covid-19. Also, to provide information and safe working environments for our employees and client work environments.

Assessment of Risk

Assessment of risk will be monitored each day for each state in which ITI work is performed. State information will be monitored as well as county information. Information about specific clients will be monitored as to whether or not ITI employees will enter the facility.

The following actions will be taken as it is determined that the risk now warrants the action.

Offices

  • Will be wiped down at least once every four hours.
  • CDC recommended guidelines will be followed for the disinfectants used and what is wiped down.
  • As much as possible, employees will maintain the 6-foot social distancing.
  • Employees will be encouraged to wash hands frequently following CDC recommended guidelines.
  • Access to the offices will be limited. No outside visitors will be allowed unless doing business with ITI.
  • All deliveries will be brought in through a back or side door and all items will be sprayed with Lysol spray and left to disinfect before being opened.
  • There is limited access to working from home, but it will be utilized.
